Policy describes how Star Sense LLC ("we", "us" or "our") collects,
uses, shares, and otherwise processes your personal data in connection
with your use of our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service).

us via App Store, Google Play, by post, email or phone, subscribe to
our marketing communications. This information may include:

address, email address, IP address, phone number, IDFA (if
provided), and your Device ID.

you voluntarily provide, such as your age, gender, date and/or time
of birth or similar information you may provide when completing
quizzes or forms designed to facilitate and tailor your use of the
Services; your stated preferences, and any other consumer
information you share during your interaction with the Services.

information specific to your mobile device (e.g., make, model,
operating system, advertising identifier, and similar information).

Your Content: any content you submit to
the Services or via third-party platforms regarding the Services,
including: (i) your Reviews (as defined in our Terms of Service);
and (ii) your Inputs (as defined in our Terms of Service). Based on
the Inputs, our Services may produce outputs - Generated Content,
including our reports and/or readings. We store your Inputs and
Generated Content to operate and deliver the Services, including
enabling you to revisit and continue prior conversations, and to
maintain and improve the overall functionality of the Services. We
retain your Inputs and Generated Content for as long as you maintain
an account or continue using the Services. If you delete your Inputs
or terminate your account, we will delete such data, except where
retention is reasonably necessary (a) to comply with applicable law,
(b) to enforce our agreements or resolve disputes, or (c) to meet
requirements imposed by our third-party AI model providers. You may
request deletion of your Inputs at any time by contacting us at

1.2. From time to time, we may receive personal information about you
from third-party sources, including:

Google Inc. in case of Google Sign-In:
when you use the "Sign in with Google" feature to access our
Services, we receive personal information from your Google account,
which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. You
can manage what information is shared through your Google account
settings. Google will also provide detailed privacy information
during the Sign in with Google process.

Apple Inc. in case of Apple Sign-In: when
you use the Sign in with Apple feature to download our mobile
application and start using our Services, we receive personal
information from your Apple ID account, which may include your name
and email address. You have the option to share your actual email
address or an anonymous email address that utilizes Apple's private
email relay service. Apple will provide detailed privacy information
during the Sign in with Apple process.

Advertising, Analytics, and Strategic Partners:
we may receive data from advertising networks, analytics providers,
and other business partners. This data may include mobile
advertising identifiers, hashed email addresses, phone numbers,
cookie identifiers, and insights regarding your activity on external
websites or mobile apps. We use this information to better
understand your interests and tailor the Service accordingly.

Payment Processors: when you make a
payment through the Services, you provide your financial details
(e.g., credit card number) directly to licensed payment processors
(such as Stripe). While we do not collect or store full credit card
numbers, we may receive limited payment-related information such as
the transaction date, time, amount, and payment method type.

personal information from our vendors engaged in facilitating or
providing Services, publicly available sources, third-party data
providers, or other sources as permitted or required by applicable

1.3. No Biometric Data:
we do not use facial or fingerprint recognition, biometric templates,
or any other system regulated as biometric data under applicable law.
We do not collect or process biometric identifiers.
1.4. No Sensitive Data:
we do not collect or process special categories of personal data such
as your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual
orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health
information, or genetic data.
1.5. No Minors Data:
we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the
age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data as a
result of false or misleading information provided to us, we will
promptly delete the data and suspend access to the Services pending
further investigation. If we verify that the Services are being used
by an individual under the age of thirteen, we will permanently
disable access.

We collect and use your personal information for the following

We share certain user inputs (such as questions, prompts, or other
content you submit for the purpose of generating responses) with
OpenAI, L.L.C. and/or OpenAI OpCo, L.L.C. (together, "OpenAI") solely
to enable the content generation functionality within the Services, as
described in our Terms of Service. OpenAI processes these inputs in
accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. OpenAI may
process and temporarily store such inputs only as necessary to:

- comply with applicable law, or
- enforce OpenAI's policies.
ALL "ASTROLOGER, "ASTROLOGIST OR "SOULMATES" INTERACTIONS
AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE AUTOMATED CHATBOTS POWERED BY
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. THEY ARE NOT REAL PEOPLE AND/OR DO NOT
PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL, LICENSED, OR HUMAN-CONDUCTED ASTROLOGY
SERVICES.
