Subscription, Refund and Renewal Policy

1. General

This Subscription, Refund and Renewal Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscriptions and purchases of Services offered via (the "Website") and the Astro-Sense mobile application (the "App"). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription

YOU MAY ONLY SUBSCRIBE THROUGH THE WEBSITE. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE VIA THE APP STORE.

In-app access is provided only after you complete your subscription on the Website. To subscribe, you can compare and choose from available plans (including trial offers, if any). By subscribing:

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for renewals and other applicable fees. We are not responsible for errors of third-party payment platforms; please review their terms before purchase.

3. Trial Access

We may offer trial access, free or paid. Any trial will be clearly disclosed at checkout, including its duration, regular subscription price after the trial, and cancellation terms. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before expiration, your Payment Method will be charged the regular subscription price shown at checkout, and your subscription will continue until canceled. If no trial is offered, your subscription begins immediately.

4. Extra Digital Services

Certain additional digital services ("Extra Services") may be purchased separately for a fixed fee. Prices will be shown at checkout. Extra Services do not auto-renew or replenish; you must repurchase them if you wish to continue using them.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Our current fees, including subscription plans, are posted on the Website (paywall section). Subject to applicable law, we may change our fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance by posting the updated prices on our Website and by email notification or other prominent means. Unless a longer effective period is specified, the new fees will apply beginning with the next billing cycle following the end of your current subscription period. If you do not agree to the revised fees, you must cancel your subscription before it renews, in accordance with this Policy.

All subscription prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable sales or use taxes will be added to your subscription price where required by law, based on your billing address and local regulations. If we are required to collect tax in your jurisdiction, the amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout or included in your receipt. We will update the final amount charged in response to changes in tax laws or rates.

6. Renewals, Retry Billing and Discounts

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period for the same duration and at the then-current subscription price, unless canceled under Section 7. Trial subscriptions renew into the disclosed paid plan at the disclosed price. If your initial subscription was a trial access, it will automatically renew into the paid subscription plan and at the price disclosed to you at checkout, as described in Section 2 above. Where required by law, we will send a clear renewal reminder notice before your subscription renews.

Your Payment Method will be charged within 24 hours before renewal. If payment fails, we may retry for up to seven (7) days:

If all retries fail, your subscription will automatically terminate, and access to the Services will end at the conclusion of the current paid period. The number and timing of retry attempts, and the level of any discount offered, may vary based on technical, payment processor, or banking considerations.

We disclose this mechanism so you are aware that your payment method may be charged multiple times within a short retry window if an initial charge fails, and in some cases, you may be charged a lower, discounted amount to continue your subscription term.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Services until that date.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: (A) CANCELLATION VIA THE APP STORE IS NOT AVAILABLE; AND (B) DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS. YOU MUST CANCEL THE AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TO AVOID FURTHER CHARGES.

8. Refunds

Refund requests must be emailed to within 30 days of the relevant charge. Refunds will NOT be granted after this period. Requests must include the email address used for purchase. We may ask for additional information as necessary to verify the request and protect against fraud. Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, or chargeback disputes.

In jurisdictions, where failure to provide proper renewal notices may render the subscription an "unconditional gift," we will comply with all notice obligations. If we fail to do so, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original Payment Method within a reasonable time.
